The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is the worst I've ever seen in a 5-star hotel.

the leisure room is a great place to spend some time relaxing, while the bar/lounge area has some of the best cocktails in town. the room's unique and modern decor gives a sense of luxury and elegance, and the continental breakfast will satisfy even the most demanding foodies.

But this certainly didn't take away from the experience, as the other amenities more than made up for it.

The manager, Mrs Tülay Arslan, displayed really good professionalism and handled any issues with great care and attention. The hotel itself was clean, beautiful, and offered a variety of amenities, including a rarely used gym. The location, although not in the city center, provided a peaceful and less crowded atmosphere, with easy access to major city spots via the nearby ferry station. The restaurant offered tasty options, such as the vegan burger and Turkish courgette. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable environment.
